There are many malwares, spywares& viruses to affect your mobiles and it can steal all of your informations also your private chats.
Eg:trojan, Pegasus,iloveyou,ransomeware
We can try some methods to protect our mobile from malwares.
Mostly Android OS detects viruses and clears by itself.And mostly malwares are in the form of document like apk,jpg,zip&ect. Delete unwanted documents that you can't open & unwanted.
Google Play protect mostly warns you while installing unauthorised application which are unnavilable on playstore.
There will be no big problems caused by malwares on Android. If you feel unsecured you may flash (reset) your mobile without taking backup of your data because the malwares could store in the backup and may reinstalled after you restore.
Don't install apps without icons and names. Don't visit sites which are prohibited by your server.
On the last case you can download good antivirus applications which prevents you from some case of threats.
